I live by the river, a barranqueiro curimat\u00e1, supporter of muvucas, and a sharp writer. Conceived by the banks of Rio S\u00e3o Francisco \u2013 the watercourse of my life \u2013, I work collecting affections of riverine ancestry and noticing \u201calmost rivers\u201d in arid land. I was raised inside the emboloso of the bowl of carranca artisans, fishermen, and<br \/>\nwasherwomen. The weight of carrying the river on my back drinks from the headwaters of the first suns I cried in life.
